JSA Authentication - Sloppy AUTHENTICATION

Talk about wasting your money on a sloppy authentication, here's an example of a collector simply wasting their money.  Illustrated is a fine photograph of Jimmy Carter throwing out a baseball during a game.

JSA describes the signature on this photograph as being genuine. Is It?  Couldn't the "expert" authenticator say that maybe "half" the signature is genuine?   Wouldn't you like to know who this expert was? Not a chance in hell finding out!  Someone, other than Jimmy Carter had the audacity to fill in after the "J" and add "immy."  My opinioin is that the half-wit who did this ruined the enitre piece.  Any comments out there?
